Registration of the Felix™ System in Türkiye has enabled commercial sales to begin under Memphasys’ agreement with International Technical Legacy, with an initial sale of 100 cartridges and two consoles completed.

The registration is recorded on Türkiye’s national Product Tracking System. It turns regulatory access into an operating commercial pathway and gives the local distribution team an installed base for clinic demonstrations, education and customer conversion.

From approval to an initial installed platform

Türkiye was added to the International Technical Legacy distribution territory following CE Mark approval and an expansion of the agreement in September 2025. The first completed sale comprises 100 Felix™ cartridges and two consoles.

Memphasys has also completed hands-on product training with the in-country distribution team. That training is designed to support the technical and workflow discussions required when IVF laboratories assess a new sperm-selection method.

The distinction between registration and adoption is important. Registration permits commercial sales, while training and the initial order support market entry. Further cartridge and console sales will depend on clinic engagement, purchasing decisions and routine use.

An established assisted-reproduction market

A peer-reviewed national study published in 2024 identified 165 assisted reproductive technology centres operating in Türkiye. Memphasys has also cited an estimate of approximately 75,000 treatment cycles annually.

The local distributor will now focus on clinic engagement, product demonstrations and further training. These activities are intended to move Felix™ from an approved product into clinical workflows and, over time, support recurring demand for the system’s single-use cartridges.

What to watch next

  • The pace of clinic demonstrations and onboarding
  • Additional console placements
  • Repeat cartridge orders following initial use
  • Progress across the broader International Technical Legacy territory
