Regulatory approvals in Vietnam and Thailand have moved the Felix™ System from market preparation into commercial rollout across two important South-East Asian fertility markets.
The approvals activate distribution arrangements with local partners and have been followed by commercial orders. Together, the developments provide Memphasys with clearer pathways to clinic onboarding, product use and potential recurring cartridge demand.
Vietnam: registration triggers a 600-cartridge order
Vietnamese registration was achieved in August 2026 and triggered TMSC Vietnam’s first commercial order of 600 Felix™ cartridges under a two-year exclusive agreement with a total contracted value of A$530,000.
The order is additional to 100 cartridges and three consoles previously supplied for in-market testing, product introduction and clinical preparation. This takes the total number of cartridges delivered or ordered for Vietnam to 700.
TMSC Vietnam also reported the first successful pregnancy following use of Felix™ by a client clinic. An individual clinical outcome does not establish or predict outcomes for other patients, but it marks early practical use as the market moves into broader commercial introduction.
Thailand: early approval activates a three-year agreement
Thai Food and Drug Administration approval removed the final regulatory condition for commercial sales under Memphasys’ exclusive three-year agreement with IVF Envimed Co., Ltd. The agreement has a minimum contracted value of approximately A$430,500.
Following approval and early clinic interest, IVF Envimed placed an additional order for 100 cartridges and three paid consoles. This followed its initial order of 100 cartridges and three consoles.
IVF Envimed has established relationships with all 110 registered IVF clinics in Thailand. Its sales, logistics, service and clinical-education capabilities provide an existing platform for clinic engagement, although commercial outcomes will still depend on adoption and utilisation.
Why the regional progress matters
The Vietnam and Thailand agreements have a combined minimum contracted value of approximately A$1.0 million. More importantly, both markets have progressed beyond agreement signing to regulatory clearance and product ordering.
The next test is execution. Investors should watch delivery of the orders, clinic onboarding, console placements, cartridge utilisation and repeat purchasing. These measures will show whether regulatory access is converting into sustained commercial demand.
