Mr Ross is a Senior Manager in the Company Secretarial team at Vistra Australia and has over 17 years’ experience providing governance, compliance and advisory services to ASX-listed and large public entities. He holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting) and has extensive capital markets experience across secondary raisings and complex corporate transactions.
Mr Ross’s strong governance expertise and deep understanding of ASX compliance frameworks will be invaluable as Memphasys continues to progress the commercialisation of the Felix™ System.
