Mr Watkins is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Governance Institute of Australia with extensive ASX experience across biotechnology, bioscience, resources, and information technology sectors.
He specialises in ASX statutory reporting, compliance, corporate governance, and board and secretarial support.
Mr Watkins serves as Company Secretary for several ASX-listed entities and is currently the SEA Regional Practice Lead & Australia Market Lead at Vistra (Australia) Pty Ltd, a global corporate services provider supporting clients in the Fund, Corporate, Capital Markets, and Private Wealth sectors.
