At Memphasys, we are proud to announce that our Director of Operations, A/Prof Hassan Bakos, has been invited to deliver one of the main keynote plenary lectures at the 2025 Annual Conference of the International Society for Reproductive Genetics & the Hunan Medical Association Reproductive Medicine Committee, held in Changsha, China.
Taking place on Sunday, 8 June, Hassan’s presentation, “Towards Optimal Sperm Selection: Advancements and Implications for Reproductive Medicine”, will explore innovations in male fertility and the critical importance of sperm selection in improving assisted reproductive outcomes. His lecture is scheduled for 10:50–11:20 AM in Jiuzhou Hall 7+8, during the conference’s prestigious closing plenary.

Promoting Felix™ in China
In addition to his keynote, Hassan is using the visit to China as an opportunity to support the launch of Felix™, Memphasys’ revolutionary sperm separation device, in collaboration with Heranova, our strategic partner in the region.
Kicking off this initiative, Hassan conducted a hands-on demonstration of Felix™ during a visit to China’s largest ART clinic, where he gave a presentation to the clinic team and showcased how the technology works in practice.
“This visit marks the start of a wider program of activity across China,” he explains. “We’re introducing Felix™ to key opinion leaders and clinicians both at the conference and through follow-up visits to interested clinics in multiple provinces.”
You’ll also find Felix™ featured at the Heranova booth during the conference exhibition, where Hassan and the team are connecting with fertility specialists and researchers from across the Asia-Pacific region.
